Royal Icing for Figures
Perfect royal icing for decorating gingerbread figures. Easy to work with and bright white.
Ingredients
- 250g icing sugar
- 1 egg white
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Mix egg white and icing sugar in a bowl.
- Stir with a spoon until a smooth and thick consistency is achieved.
- Add a few drops of lemon juice to make the icing bright white.
- Place the icing in a piping bag and decorate the gingerbread figures as desired.
- If you don't have a piping bag, you can easily make one by cutting a small hole in the corner of a small bag.
